We use an inside drain tile system – a 4” perforated tile that collects water under the floor and funnels it to a sump pump or drainage discharge system.

Interior weeping tile systems work for you on two fronts: they collect any water that may be entering from the walls (seeping water) and any hydrostatic water pushing up from underneath the floor. Installation times vary based on the size of the basement, but a rough estimate is anywhere from one day for small homes to one week for larger homes and anywhere in between.
